How It Works
Observation |
After a brief conversation with a child's parent(s) or caregiver(s), Andrea will then reach out to your school to arrange a time for her to observe your child during a typically difficult time of day. If needed, more observation sessions may be scheduled to observe your child in different school environments. Parents and Teachers will also have several questionnaires to complete.

Report & Follow-up Meeting |
After the school observation, Andrea will compose a detailed report to include observations, interpretations, insights, and recommendations based the testing and observation results. She will then meet with parent(s) or caregiver(s) to discuss the findings and provide insights into what could be causing the child's behaviors and how she can support them at school.

Social Language Coaching |
Based on the results of the observation, Andrea will work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your child to equip them with the necessary social language skills to have positive interactions with children and adults. Andrea will help equip your child with social language skills (in private therapy sessions) and then coach them in their classroom environment to provide real-time cues and strategies in order to foster successful and meaningful interactions with their peers and teachers.

School Conferences |
Students succeed when their parents/caregivers, therapists, and teachers are a united team, it's because of this, we partner with parents to attend a child's parent teacher conference(s). We're able to share current strategies and methods to effectively and efficiently support your child's speech skills at their preschool.
